1x Thompson Steer Coonawarra Shiraz 2021 - 14.50% Alc

This Shiraz delivers vibrant notes of dark-fruits paired with rich red-berry concentrates. Touches of subtle oak and hints of pepper spice complete the palate, supported by fine tannins for a layered finish.

3x Peter Thompson Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - 14.70%

The elegant Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is crimson, almost black. With blueberry and red fruits, toasty/chary oak character and classic Cigarbox in a very complex and lifted aroma. There are hints of cedar and 'dark chocolate'.The palate has blackberry and stalky varietal characters which dominate the palate over a background of sweet vanillin oak. There is a perceived sweetness from the lovely ripe fruit flavours which is nicely balanced by soft tannins. The structure has a great persistence and richness from an extended time in barrel.

This Shiraz delivers notes of dark-fruits paired with rich red-berry concentrates. Touches of subtle oak and hints of pepper spice complete the palate, for a textured and layered finish.

2x Monolith Vintners Monolithic Old Vine Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - 14.50% Alc

A massive intense and enticing nose, the initial hit of exotic fruit once allowed to breathe will mellow. Black berry and dark cherry are the dominant character whilst varietal character of cassis is also very evident. The French oak influence is still evident despite its age and highlights the quality of the new large format oak used. Concentrated, tremendous texture and depth are hallmarks of this wine. The great richness which comes from black fruits flavours is immense, brooding and dense. The age of the wine is evident through notes of earth and leather saddle although the fruit is just so potent that they are just a side show. This style of wine requires decanting and time to breathe to soften prior to consuming although will be cellared prior to release the wine has the fruit, alcohol and tannin structure to ensure cellaring for many more years where it will continue to evolve.

2x Abbey Rock Reserve Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - 14.50% Alc

Deep crimson with a violet edge. Lovely dark berry characters with fine well integrated French oak. Well-rounded fruit forward palate with blackberry, red fruits and capsicum lead towards a finish of fine-grained tannins and refined oak.

2x Peter Thompson Coonawarra Merlot 2019 - 14.00% Alc

This delicious merlot has a deep purple bright red hue. With mulberry, plum, earthy notes with a subtle vanillin and chocolate note aroma. The palate is rich black cherry flavours with a hint of leather, finishing with a rich round mouthfeel. A delightful Merlot.
