Cirro Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2020

This sav is bright and youthful, and unbelievably easy to pair with seafood and salads. Rather than overripe fruitiness, you get generous squeezes of lemon and lime, bunches of nettles and gooseberries, and a faint aromatic hint of fresh mint. It feels like it’ll cure your cold just smelling it. Cleaner than the air after a storm, it’s one you’ll struggle to tire of. Simple but wonderfully effective.

Pale salmon-pink in colour, this delightful pinot gris shows apricot, pear, Gala apple and subtle spice notes on the nose, followed by a beautifully supple palate that's succulent and flavoursome.

The highest of all clouds, with thin wispy feather-like tails formed by ice crystals.’ 25,000ft above New Zealand’s Southern Alps and the Malborough Sounds lie the ‘cirro’ clouds. Pure water falls from these clouds into the rivers and soils of the Wairau Valley, allowing us to create distinctively fresh, vibrant cool climate wines.

Cirro Marlborough Rose 2019

Pinot noir grapes from the Swiss-German clone "Mariafeld 3" were hand harvested at the end of March to retain fresh acidity and bright berry flavours. After crushing the juice was soaked on the skins for a short term before pressing. The fermentation period was two weeks at very cool temperatures and extended lees maceration gives the wine a creaminess.
