Niche Grenache 2021

Bright magenta colour. Ripe raspberries with plum fruit and floral notes on the nose. The palage is filled with flavours of raspberry and plum fruits, with hints of white pepper and spicy cloves for an earthy finish.

Normans Old Vine South Australia Grenache 2021

This Grenache is beautifully fruity and fresh with flavours of summer berries, wild herbs, lively mouthfeel and spice. Chalky tannins and soft oak undertones ensure a lovely lingering finish.

The Colonial Estate Envoy Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2020

Wonderful fruit driven palate feels light despite having significant depth of flavour; the driving force here is red and dark berry fruit, raspberry offers a light touch along with complex notes of spice and white pepper. Smooth and silky finish.Lifted aromas of violet and red berry, black cherry and raspberry.

1838 Reserve Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2019

The Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre blend combines the bold, clean "strawberries and cream" of Grenache with the bold pepper and spice of Shiraz and the earthy depth and soft tannin of Mourvedre. A classic medium bodied blend, vibrant crimson in colour, with a sweet nose and flavours of cherry and dark plum with rounded tannins to follow.

Normans Wines is one of the oldest and ost respected names in Australian winemaking. Since 1853, when Jesse Norman planted his first vines in South Australia, Normans has developed a reputation for producing premium wines of elegance and finesse.

The Colonial Estate Envoy Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2020

Envoy is probably the most European in style wine that we make in Australia and has been confused from time to time with a wine from the Southern Rhone. As ever, the grapes are picked and given a French twist in their winemaking to deliver something slightly different. Fermentation is French for up to two-thirds of the wine made the rest vinified in a more standard Australian way. Aged in oak for 12 months then in bottle for an additional 12 months prior to release.
