Niche Pinot Gris 2021

Harvested at the cool of night before the extreme heat wave that occurred late in the ripening season. We crushed the fruit quickly to separate the clear juice from the skins. The wine went through cool fermentation then the wine was carefully filtered and bottled to retain all the appealing fruit flavours.

Berton Vineyards Foundstone Pinot Grigio 2021

Berton Vineyards was established in 1996 by Bob and Cherie Berton when they purchased a block of land in High Eden, a sub region of the Barossa Valley, South Australia. This idyllic property sits 450m above sea level on gently rolling hills - except for the Chardonnay block which is anything but gentle!!

The first wines that we ever made were released under this label, so these wines are very special to us. Now, years later, we still take pride in selecting our fruit from the same vineyards and producing wines that are consistently full of flavour and made so they are ready to drink now. 

West Valley Gisborne Pinot Gris 2020

Inland from our coastline, the Western Valleys run back towards the high country. These valleys provide perfect conditions for our wines; hot days with no sea breezes and nights cooled by prevailing winds.

Wine Men of Gotham Pinot Grigio 2021

A cooler start to the growing season was followed by a warm and very dry start to vintage. While fruit ripened quickly, it maintained good natural acid and sugar levels, producing wines of flavour and balance.
