Bookmaker Wines South Australia Shiraz 2021

Shiraz is the most important and widely planted red grape variety in Australia. A richly, fruit flavoured wine that carries through to the full palate showing good ripe berries, black cheery, raspberry and plum with a note of toasted oak and a soft, full finish. This wine is bold and vibrant, yet silky leading to a long, satisfying finish.

This wine is crafted to be enjoyed now, but will also benefit from up to 3 years of bottle aging.

Montara Homeblock Cabernet Merlot 2016

From Victoria's Montara Wines comes this no-nonsense, flavoursome Cabernet Merlot under their Homeblock Estate label. A good example of a red with a little bit of age. Mid red with a brick hue. Restrained aromas of plum, cedar and earth. Quite gentle and easy-drinking with juicy layers of mulberry, plum, black olive and cedar, softening tannins, earthy complexity from time in bottle, and a dry finish.

Montara Raven Park Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Crisp and classic with an aromatic array of tropical fruits and cut grass. The fruit weight is intense without being too over the top, showing citrus, passionfruit and gooseberry on the palate. A fresh, appealing style that is ready to drink now.

Montara Raven Park Shiraz 2019

From time to time ravens can be seen circling above the vineyards of Raven Park.  Raven Park Shiraz is a typical Victorian style with spicy plum characteristics on the nose. The palate displays seductive red cherry combined with sweet fruit and vanilla from the American Oak. 

Bare Necessities Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Golden straw with green hints. Lifted floral aromas over a bed of citrus and tropical fruits. Rich, juicy and flavoursome with loads of citrus, tropical and melon depth, almost buttery texture and soft acidity.

Saint Zs Rose 2022

Salmon pink in colour. Rich fruit driven nose, the palate is aromatic with strawberry, summer fruits and florals with a touch of spice.
