Straw with a lime green edge. Intense aromas of freshly cut lemon and lime with orange and whites peaches. Subtle hints of freshly picked lemon grass and grape fruit. The palate is finely structured with intense and citrus fruit flavours of tangelo, orange and desert lime, with passion fruit highlights. The wine has impressive length and a natural acid backbone, and has a mouth-wateringly finish. Will drink well now and over the medium term.

A rich, flavoursome wine showing peaches, melons, honey and limes. Matured in our cellars, this wine has seamlessly integrated its rich, voluptuous fruit with the careful maturation process to produce a wine of complexity, individuality and power. 

3x Shanahans Evergreen Eden Valley Riesling 2021  - 12% Alc

Pale in colour with a vibrant green hue. Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, lemon and jasmine flower with a touch of dried herb. Youthfully attractive with lemon and lime zest and fresh green apple. Some dried herb and perfume add complexity to the fine mineral acidity. The backbone has a flinty character and a touch of slate. The natural fruit acidity highlights the wines ability to age gracefully over time.

1x Fortunate Land Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2022 - 12.00% Alc

The wine shows fresh and vibrant grapefruit notes that linger on. White peach and pear characters are supported by passionfruit and citrus notes. This wine is well-balanced between fresh natural acidity and upfront fruit characters. The style is clean and dry, resulting in a crisp and refreshing finish. 

2x Eagle Vale Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2023 - 12.00% Alc

This Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a benchmark blend, with lifted aromatics fresh with gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours. Clean and intense on the palate. Great with seafood or gourmet salads.

Nashi pear and biscuit aromas with ginger, peach, wet slate and floral notes.Medium weighted and creamy entry loaded with fresh fruits particularly pear, melon and stone fruits. Ginger again and some white pepper spice. Finish is lingering and complex. Bright and juicy
