1x Shanahans Evergreen Eden Valley Riesling 2022 - 11.50%
Pale in colour with a vibrant green hue. Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, lemon and jasmine flower with a touch of dried herb. Youthfully attractive with lemon and lime zest and fresh green apple. Some dried herb and perfume add complexity to the fine mineral acidity. The backbone has a flinty character and a touch of slate. The natural fruit acidity highlights the wines ability to age gracefully over time.

1x Chaffey Bros Salvis Gratia Semillon 2022 - 13.20%
Light straw tones of Meyer lemon, spent yeast, honeysuckle, soft spice, lemon butter, clotted cream, crushed stone and white flowers. Textural, creamy and gloriously lemony with a swoop of gingerbread, roasted cashews and whey.

1x Reschke Bull Trader Coonawarra Sauvignon Blanc 2023 - 12.50%
This Sauvignon Blanc displays characters of fragrant lemon and lime, intense white peach and stone fruits with gentle hints of wild flowers. Fresh fleshy passionfruit, nectarine and citrus flavours are complemented by textured and subtle fruity acidity and a crisp dry finish.

1x Leeuwin Estate Art Series Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc 2023 - 13.00%
The nose is an inviting myriad of primary fruits highlighting cut lime, pink grapefruit, lemon blossom and cape gooseberries. It is bright and lifted with a delicate subtle complexity of cardamon and coriander seeds. The palate creates energy and vitality throughout, showcasing citrus, lemon sherbet, grapefruit and burnt limes. Diligent textures combine with subtle yet complex chamomile and cardamon spice as a fine, woven, and pristine acid profile defines the long concentrated structured palate.

1x Moss Brothers Moses Rock Margaret River Chardonnay 2023 - 13.20%
An elegant Chardonnay with aromatics of Meyer lemon and stone fruit. The wine has a generous fruit profile, tropical fruits, and toasty oak. Fine acidity and a rich mouthfeel led to a long finish.

1x Chaffey Bros Dufte Punkt Eden Valley Riesling Gewurztraminer Kerner 2021 - 12.80%
Dufte Punkt is an aromatic paradigm-shift. A seamless single-vineyard blend of precise Riesling, spicy Gewurztraminer, and textural Weiber Herold. Striking turkish delight aromas introduce a complex palate showing lychees, mandarins, minerality & lingering powder-puff florals.

1x Ulithorne Altus Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2021 - 13.00%
Powerful and multi-layered, this Chardonnay features notes of peach and honeydew lemon with a crisp and vibrant finish. Harvested from vines in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia

1x Schoolhouse Headmaster Padthaway Chardonnay 2023 - 13.00%
Ripe lemon, peach and tropical fruits are complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and toasted oak. The palate delivers a balance of rich and creamy textures with vibrant acidity. Buttery notes of caramel and with a hint of citrus zest enhance the long and lingering finish of this wine.

1x Bay of Fires Tasmania Riesling 2022 - 13.30%
Pale straw with green in colour. This Riesling has fragrant aromas of fresh lime and musk. A juicy, vibrant palate with luscious citrus and crisp mineral acidity for drinkability when young, but also rewarding time in the cellar.

1x Bay of Fires Tasmania Chardonnay 2022 - 13.63%
Medium straw with a green hue in appearance. Bright aromatics of white nectarine, citrus and orange blossom accompanied by notes of dried thyme, roasted hazelnuts and touch of flint present on the nose. A juicy yet refined palate supported by vibrant acidity and flavours of lemon curd and stone fruits. The lively acid line is framed by silk and structured with a sprinkling of charred oak.

1x Grant Burge East Argyle Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris 2022 - 13.00%
The East Argyle Pinot Gris has aromas of ripe pears, nectarine and cinnamon. The opulent palate is full of finely textured lychee, pear and soft lime with hints of ginger and cinnamon. The overall structure of the wine has benefitted from a small portion being fermented in seasoned French oak giving texture and mid palate weight.

1x Penfolds Bin 311 Tumbarumba Chardonnay 2018 - 13.00%
Full-flavoured, endowed with a concentrated fruit spectrum of citrus, grapefruit and white peach.Hints of sherbet, camomile and goats cheese complex the aromatic offer – a chardonnay cast assembled from three States of Australia. Certainly, there’s quite the performance happening in the glass, with barely a swirl of the glass and some air required to light up the stage!First and foremost, this wine extolls freshness, yet not at the expense of an endearing richness and generosity of flavour.Whilst some may perceive it to be slightly ‘larger-framed’ than in previous years it nevertheless retains trademark Bin 311 mineral acidity and linearity.Rockmelon and white peach fruits are pronounced. Underlying sherbet and fresh lemon tart impressions coupled with a lovely creaminess add to the structural and flavour pool.

Accolades & Awards:

Penfolds Bin 311 Tumbarumba Chardonnay 2018
97 Points - Andrew Caillard MW
"Pale colour. Fresh grapefruit, pear, apricot stone fruit aromas with flinty, matchstick notes. Classic in proportion with fresh grapefruit, lemon curd flavours with hints of marzipan, al-dente textures, fine long crisp acidity, attractive creamy richness and density, with underlying yeasty complexity. Finishes minerally with marzipan grilled nut notes. Absurdly complex and sophisticated showing all the shining class of Australian winemaking technology and precision viticulture. Fantastic value."

95 Points - James Suckling
"This moves into refined and very striking style with a wealth of lemons, white peaches and nectarines on offer, as well as nicely curated hazelnut-oak. The smoothly honed palate has deep-set peach flavors and a succulent, cool-mineral and grapefruit finish. The finest Bin 311 to date."

93 Points - Campbell Mattinson
"Toast, ginger, grapefruit. A bold, assertive introduction. I’m not seeing a lot of finesse but I’m seeing work, fruit, vanilla pods, a certain tautness, fruit wading through trees. There are matchstick characters here, not flared, held beneath the toast. Not my favourite 311 but no doubt still a very good one."

93 Points - Angus Hughson

92 Points - Joe Czerwinski Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
"The 2018 Bin 311 Chardonnay is a multiregional blend sourced from Adelaide Hills (43%), Tumbarumba and Tasmania—it was previously a single-region bottling. Essentially, it's now a blend of barrels that didn't make it into the Reserve Bin label from the Adelaide Hills and barrels from Tumbarumba and Tassie that didn't make the Yattarna grade. Fermented and aged in 30% new French oak (20% second use and 50% older), it reveals hints of vanilla buttercream on the nose, paired with notes of pineapple, orange, pear and melon. It's medium-bodied, plump and creamy across the palate, then crisp and focused on the finish."

Huon Hooke
"Light yellow hue and a nutty, toasty nose, showing some oak, while the palate is very dry and savoury, rather simple and unevolved, but has decent depth of flavour, weight and length. It just needs time to build some more interest. Nice dry finish."

Shanahans Evergreen Eden Valley Riesling 2022
97 Point Rated - Winestate Magazine

93 Point Rated - Sam kim Wine Orbit
"Elegant and beautifully poised, the wine shows lemon peel, green apple and white floral nuances on the nose. The palate is linear and finely flowing with excellent fruit purity backed by racy acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. The wine offers beautiful clarity and finesse, offering charming drinking. At its best: 2024 to 2032. $23.00."

95 Point Rated - Australian Wine Showcase Magazine
"Lovely aromas of flowers, apples and citrus. Zesty lemon like flavours fill out the palate with appealing texture and crisp acid finish."

Stuart Knox - The Real Review
"Ultra pale in the glass. Fragrant nose of talc, lime curd and white florals. Soft and supple on the palate, with generous tropical lime fruit and a sweet floral element. Flows well."

Chaffey Bros Salvis Gratia Semillon 2022

Top Ranked Recommended - Stuart Knox The Real Review
"Ultra-pale lemon and lime hues shine brightly through the glass. Waxed lemon and short crust pastry aromas. Light to medium in weight with beeswax, lemon zest and a touch of sherbet showing as it floats across the tongue. Good length and drive with bright yet supple acidity carrying it long to a crisp, dry finish with an attractive phenolic crunch.

93 Point Rated Andrew Caillard MW, The Vintage Journal
"Pale colour. Lifted exotic aromas; lemon curd, papaya, nectarine, tonic water, honey and subtle flinty overlay. Round and expressive with lemon curd, nectarine and tropical fruit notes. Wonderful mid-palate viscosity, creamy/lacy textures and an appealing honeyed acid line. Drink now and over the next couple of years."

93 Point Rated Dave Brookes Halliday Wine Companion
"Light straw tones of Meyer lemon, spent yeast, honeysuckle, soft spice, lemon butter, clotted cream, crushed stone and white flowers. Textural, creamy and gloriously lemony with a swoop of gingerbread, roasted cashews and whey. Such lovely slinky drinking with a briny acid line that sets the saliva glands working and screams for a roast chook."

93 Point Rated - Regan Drew Vino Notebook
"Medium pale lemon hue. Picks up where the 2021 left off with lemon curd and roast chicken skin, honeysuckle, candle wax and gingernut biscuit. Depth and heft: oak and lees work give creamy, leesy richness with ginger spice, fine phenolics and zesty citrus cuts. That briny signature leaves the palate in a dichotomy: salivating and refreshed both at once. Unique and worthy."

93 Point Rated - Campbell Mattinson The Wine Front
"Barossa Valley old vine semillon, done right. Gosh this is good. It sees some oak and so, accordingly, it has some texture, but the flavour profile is all fruit, and all good. Brine, honeysuckle, citrus and stonefruit characters all get a good run here, the palate full-ish and the finish long. The perfume, the flavour, the feel; all are in tip-top nick here. I particularly love the briney aftertaste here, it just begs to be teamed with food."

92 Point Rated - James Suckling
"An unusually wine-y and waxy, rich and textural style of semillon, but this also has an impressive freshness on the well-proportioned palate with quite an exciting interplay of creaminess and limey acidity. Wild fermented partly in French oak puncheons, then aged 6 months on the lees. Unfined. Vegan. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

90 Point Rated - Stuart Knox, The Real Review
"Pale and bright straw-yellow colour. Lemon curd, lime zest and caramelised cashews on the nose. The palate fills and builds texture as it flows, sweet lime and lemon fruit notes alongside a smoky and nutty spice line. Quite full for a semillon and it works."

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc 2023

95 Point Rated - Ray Jordan Wine Pilot
“I have to say I think this is the best Art Series savvy yet released. It combines the beautiful aromatic nuances evident immediately with a beautifully crafted textural palate. The palate is sublime with its rich intensity and centration of fruit lifted and revealed with a minerally acidity. That texture comes from 30% barrel fermentation in one-year-old French oak barriques and then four months fermentation in barrels. The blend of these with some tank fermented components has created an ideal expression of this variety."

92 Point Rated - Ned Goodwin MW James Suckling
"Good mid-weighted sauvignon that is not afraid to bare depth, intensity of flavor and texture. Good. Aromas of lemon balm, curry leaf and green and yellow plum, with a spurt of greengage across a persuasive finish that is brisk, sure, but also attractively oily and savory. Drink or hold."

Moss Brothers Moses Rock Margaret River Chardonnay 2023

92 Point Rated - Sam Kim Wine Orbit
"It's elegantly fragrant on the nose with white flesh nectarine, citrus peel, cashew and subtle vanilla nuances, followed by a finely flowing palate that's succulent and lingering. Beautifully poised and restrained with a lengthy focused finish. At its best: now to 2030. $32.00"

92 Point Rated - Ken Gargett Wine Pilot
"The seductive texture in this delicious Margaret River Chardonnay is very much the highlight. A pale lemon hue. The nose is all melons, stonefruits, spices and lemons. Touch of nuts adds to the complexity, reminiscent of cashews with good overall balance and focus. An alluring silky palate impresses and those stonefruit and citrus notes really come to the fore here finishing with good length. Drink now and for three to five years."

Chaffey Bros Dufte Punkt Eden Valley Riesling Gewurztraminer Kerner 2021

Huon Hooke The Real Review
"Light straw-yellow hue with a bath-powder gewürz note uppermost, and the wine is slightly off-dry, the sweetness coupled with tannins to leave a bitter orange-peel aftertaste. This is different!"

Katie Spain - The Age
"Pro tip - The Chaffey Bros. Dufte Punkt (a single-vineyard field blend of gewurztraminer, riesling and kerner) holds its own with fresh, spicy Asian dishes. Bang it on the lazy Susan and let the good times roll."

Ulithorne Altus Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2021

95 Point Rated & 5 Stars Sam Kim Wine Orbit
It's splendidly composed and styled, showing white flesh stone fruit, fig, oatmeal, nougat and hazelnut aromas, leading to a brilliantly focused palate offering refined texture backed by beautifully pitched acidity. Generous yet elegant and well-structured with a long, delectable finish. At its best: now to 2031.

"Pale straw in the glass with notes of lime, lemon zest, green apple and juicy peach fruits with hints of orange blossom, apple tarte Tatin, poached pears, crushed stone and lemon sherbet. Wonderful clarity and a tangy, mineral-laden driveline that provides velocity and frames the fruit beautifully. Great drinking."

Bay of Fires Tasmania Chardonnay 2022

92 Point Rated - Dave Brookes James Halliday Wine Companion
"Light straw in the glass with aromas of nectarine, peach, citrus and yellow plum cut with hints of soft spice, clotted cream, mountain herbs, pressed flowers, grilled nuts and softly spoken French oak. Quite concentrated on the palate with yellow fruits flowing in, a little more oak showing through with dots of clotted cream. Finishes long and rich."
