Tasting Notes:

Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial is an elegant golden straw yellow with green highlights. With a bouquet of vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit, the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers, the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts).A generous palate combining sumptuousness and subtlety the delicious sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple), the alluring caress of fine bubbles, the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.

Technical:

Years of maturation, in the cellars, develop a very elegant maturity. Brut Imperial is a Champagne to be shared, a Champagne that brings pleasure with simplicity and with spontaneity. The wine has matured on the lees for several years until considered ready for drinking by the Chef de Cave. It embraces a wide range of flavours including fresh fruit, white flower blossoms and brioche.
