Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Plentiful small bubbles forming uniform vertical streams and a good head. Powerful, clean and persistent aromas. Fresh on the palate with a magnificent presence.

Technical:

This Brut Reserva cava is made from the finest basic wines and must from the Macabeo variety, fermented in the bottle and left to settle for at least 15 months in the silence and darkness of our cellars, at a temperatura below 18ºC, free from all noise,light and vibrations to ensure a slow and successful yeast fermentation process.
