This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvée is a ''designer'' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

The re-sealable closure is the perfect addition to a home wares collection and adds a stunning element of effortless presentation for entertaining or enjoying a glass of sparkling at home. The closure will preserve sparkling wine for up to two days, allowing it to be refrigerated and enjoyed over time.

"I feel I should be wearing white gloves as I taste this - it's so delicate in the mouth. A Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blend (60/40) which spent two to three years on lees. Packed with citrus and green apples, the super fine bead makes it look ultra inviting. Clean flavours cruise through framed by tight acid and a mineral ripple. Persistent all the way to a long finish which is crisp and damn refreshing. Not bone dry - there's 10.5g/L of RS which will further appeal for some."

"Very light straw colour with a fresh, bright, frisky aroma recalling lemon juice and fresh herbs. There are some developed notes too, as though from reserve wines. Background nuttiness. The palate is delicate yet intense, very dry and savoury with a very long carry. The acidity is quite persuasive but balanced. Aperitif style and very good."
