Tasting Notes:

A rich and well-structured palate showing ripe plum fruit, mulberry and spices. The wine is medium bodied with finegrained & elegant tannins with a lingering finish.  

 

Technical:

This parcel of Shiraz fruit was picked in mid-April and fermented in a combination of rotary fermenters and underwent daily pumping over the skins. Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed off into tank & barrels for Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation.
