"Bright, very pale straw colour, near colourless. The nose is soft and elegant, in the cooler spectrum, with harmoniously melded aromas of gooseberries, nettles and cut-grass, revealing a minerally nuance with delicate fermentation esters lift. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, ethereal flavours of nettles, gooseberries grass and green capsicums exude a gentle sweetness and richness, the mouth-feel balanced by light textures and lacy, refreshing acidity. The wine flows gently and smoothly to a lingering finish with grassy elements. This is a soft, gentle flowing classical cooler spectrum Sauvignon Blanc with some fruit sweetness."
