Tasting Notes:

Blackberry pie, chinese five spice and charry oak; very complex with a hint of dark chocolate aromas. The palate has powerful black fruit flavours and soft silky tannins. Cedar-like and chocolate up front, finishing with savoury and spicy notes. A smooth and juicy Shiraz perfectly paired with your favourite cut of red meat.

Technical:

Extended time in tight grained oak has given length and complexity without dominating the rich fruit. Its good level of natural acidity will see this wine ageing slowly and gracefully.
