Tasting Notes:

The Semillon and Chardonnay was hand harvested and pressed at the same time - the perfect twosome. The fruit was sourced from estate vines. Semillon is often blended with Sauvignon Blanc, however when blended with Chardonnay it produces a wine that is still lively and refreshing, yet with depth and palate weight from the Chardonnay. Citrus flavours mingle with deeper stonefruit characters and this wine is a classic, easy drinking style.
