The Colonial Estate Richard Lander Old Vine Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021
A dense nose with red and black forest fruits, spicy plum, black cherry, dried fruits and pepper. A rich full bodied Barossa Shiraz. The wine has an array of characters with upfront plum, dark chocolate, dried figs, leather saddle and white pepper. Sweet Shiraz fruit surrounds a firm tannin backbone whilst a touch of earth and acid provides length and ensures the finish is long and voluptuous.
Conquest Barossa Valley Chardonnay 2022
Medium Straw in colour. White peach typical of Barossa Valley chardonnay with citrus and melon. Lovely length and structure with flavours of white peach, citrus, melon and oak all play a pivotal role to the balance achieved. This wine is a great example of a fresh flavoursome Barossa Valley Chardonnay with little influence from the winemaker, which allows the talent of the grower to shine, as the vineyard is where truly great wines are made.
Limb Single Vineyard Barossa Valley Shiraz 2020
Intense deep ruby red with purple hues. Plum, blackberry, licorice with soft voluptuous oak and chocolate all playing supporting roles. This wine illustrates exactly how I have been handcrafting premium red wine for my entire life, in the vineyard. The terror and microclimate of specific blocks produce something different year with the obvious characters of this vintage being plum, anise, and chocolate. The extended time in barrel and use of different aged oak mainly older allowed this flavour to infiltrate the wine without overpowering it and to run seamlessly into the natural tannin structure of the wine.
Crosswords Barossa Valley Shiraz 2016

The palate is vibrant and succulent with an abundance of fresh strawberries and cream, rose petal and white peach that fill the senses, while clean cut acidity gives the palate gorgeous length. The finish is fine and elegant with lingering flavours of raspberry and strawberry with a subtle savory hint.

The Colonial Estate Richard Lander Old Vine Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021
Sourced from two vineyards in the Northern Barossa Valley sub region – the Moppa and near the Kalimna Vineyard, which is the mother vineyard of “Grange”. The vines themselves are aged between 49 and 100 years old and they are cropped, using green harvesting, at less than 3.0 tonne to the acre. Grapes were picked at dawn, it receives fermentation, which is conducted in small open top fermenters, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels.
Conquest Barossa Valley Chardonnay 2022
The grapes were delivered to the winery and de-stemmed before being soft pressed. The pressing were kept separate and after cold settling and clarification the juice undertook a cool fermentation. An aromatic yeast isolate was selected to enhance the aromatics and older French oak provides wonderful depth and creamy/nutty characters. Make to drink upon release while the fruit flavour is at its most fresh and vibrant although will develop more complexity over the short term.
Crosswords Barossa Valley Shiraz 2016
Shiraz fruit from a Single Vineyard was crushed immediately after delivery to the winery. The skin and juice mix is allowed to warm naturally over several days after which it begins fermentation. Fermentation is held cool which helps to retain bright primary fruit characters in the wine. Following ferment, the wines are carefully pressed, separating them from the skins. The wine is then run down to oak barrels for twelve months for maturation, before being blended, and then bottled.
St Hallett Barossa Rose 2021
The grapes for this Rose are sourced exclusively from Grenache grown in the Barossa Valley. The Barossa Valley is the ideal home for producing the fresh red fruit characters that make Grenache a standout variety for delicious Rose.
The St Hallett winemaking philosophy is simple - minimum intervention and maximum attention to detail. The grapes for this Rose was harvested cold and kept on skins for 4 hours before being drained off and then treated in a similar way to a white wine. The ferments were kept cool between 12-14 degrees for 15 days, maintaining the vibrant acid and fresh fruit characters. The wine received no oak contact prior to bottling in May 2021
Basedows Of Barossa Shiraz 2018
A mild winter and a drier than normal spring led to an early flowering and fruit set for the Barossa vineyards. A hot start to summer meant that ripening occurred early and the vintage started on the 9th February with all varieties ripening in short succession. The conditions led to an excellent growing season with the reds full of density, colour and rich flavour. Despite lower than average yields, the quality of the wines from the 2018 Barossa vintage is set to be exceptional. The fruit comes from the Tanunda Hill Vineyard, located on Gomersal Road at Sheoak Log. The vineyard was established in 1999 and is planted to 10 different varieties.
