SELECTING YOUR PRODUCT:
All products are sub-headed across
the top of the homepage and are all listed alphabetically within these
headings. Alternatively, you may search for a product by entering a
keyword into the basic search box located at the top right of the screen.
Should you prefer to conduct an
advanced search, please leave the basic search box blank and hit enter. You will then be taken to the advanced
search screen where you may search for products based on winery,region, vintage
Once you have found the product you
wish to purchase, select the "more" toggle beside the product which will take
you into an information screen offering tasting notes where you can enter the
quantity you wish to purchase.
(Please note if you wish to purchase
a straight dozen of a particular product, the quantity to be entered is 12.
We allow mixed dozens also, however all orders are to be made up of
multiples of 12)
Revise the quantity you would like
to purchase and select the buy now toggle once again. You will then be taken
to your shopping cart to confirm the item has been added.

future orders, being your current email address and a password of your

From here you will be taken to the
Shipping Information page which will confirm the delivery details provided,
along with the cost of your order.
Please ensure the address provided is correct and that you are satisfied
with the total cost of your order.
If so, please select next once again.
Please take the time to read our
Delivery Guidelines prior to accepting them. Once the Delivery Guidelines have
been accepted, you will then be prompted for your payment information.
Please fill this out as required and
once the order has been submitted via our highly secure online order form, a
confirmation will be displayed on the screen and a copy of the invoice will be
on forwarded to your nominated email address for your records.
*Please note that we opt not keep a
record of our customer personal payment information. Your credit card
details are encrypted after each order placed ensuring the highest level of
security for your peace of mind.
PAYMENT OTHER THAN CREDIT CARD:
Should you not wish
to pay by Credit Card or PayPal, you may select Fax. Upon selecting this option, please print
a copy of your order on which you may provide your credit card details and fax
to our Head Office for processing on 07 5437 6466, or may contact us on 1300 559
463 quoting your order number. We
can then arrange to process your credit card details over the phone. We also accept cheque and these can be
made out to Get Wines Direct and posted to:

To place another order,
simply compile the items into your shopping cart as carried out above, press the
checkout button once you ready to proceed and you will then be able to log
in as an existing member.
You will then be
prompted for a user name and password to log-in with. Your user name is
your full email address and your password is that which you specified when
filling out your registration details on your first order with
